Ordering a service and delivery
Photorelive is responsible to retouch photos of the client's purchased order and upload it to the client's account "finished projects section" in 24 hours after receiving the client's order for orders containing less than 100 photos.
Photos & Extensions
N*de and inappropriate photos are not allowed, and we shall cancel orders containing such type of photos.
Clients can submit jpg or raw files with any of the extensions below:
JPG, JPEG, JPE, PSD, TIF, TIFF, PDF, CRW, RAF, NEF, CR2, GIF, BMP, PNG, DNG, ORF, PEF, ARW, SRF, SR2, NRW, PTX, RAW, RW2, RW1, SRW, HEIF, HEIC, PXR, PNS, PDD, EPS
Service instructions requests
In case if an order was submitted using the wrong service. Instruction requests for a higher service level than the requests as shown in the Samples & Pricing page, the order will be treated and retouched as the selected and purchased service which was ordered.
Revisions & Refunds
The client has the right to request a revision for his/her photos within 7 days after receiving his/her photos retouched and finished, through the "revision request area" below the finished section and we will revise and edit the photos for free until it meets the client's expectations due to the service they ordered.
Once we start working on your photos, labor costs by then is being applied on us and refunds are not possible.
Reference photos
The client may upload photos to be used as a reference for us while submitting an order, those photos will be only used as a sample, and will not be edited except for photo collages, or adding objects, or special cases when restoring old photos.
Terms regarding our pricing Discounts system
-Each month has its discount percentage depending on your orders on that month, then it gets reset starting with a new discount calculation cycle for next month "1st day of the new month".
-The discount percentage will only be calculated based on finished and delivered orders, created and in-process orders will not be considered in the calculation until they are finished.
-Discounts made on orders will not be changed in any case once an order is submitted.
-The extra charges paid for service changing after submitting/purchasing an order, will not be calculated in the discounts system. In case if an order was made using the wrong or a lower service level.
-The discount system calculates only finished orders with more than 3 pictures per order.
-Discounts system and pricing may change at any time without updating or notifying the client.

Photos
All the photos submitted or sent to us by the client will never be used or shared with a third party, all the photos submitted by the client will be removed from our servers in 35 days automatically after uploading it to the client's account.
Client's information
The client's information is only used for contacting the client and proceeding the orders and will never be shared with a third party.
Credit cards
Our payment methods are Paypal and Credit/Debit cards, credit cards information is used by Paypal An authorized dealer of the services provided by Photorelive.com solely for the purpose of payment Processing. Photorelive.com does not retain record of credit cards details.
Copyrights
Photorelive respects the copyright and never share or use any of the client's photos with a third party, to protect our client's copyright, all the photos submitted by the client will be removed from our servers within 35 days automaticlly after uploading the pictures to the client's account.
By sending us photos you certify that you own the copyright or have the permission of the copyright owner to modify the photos.
