Ordering a service and delivery
Photorelive is responsible for retouching photos in the client’s purchased order and uploading them to the client’s account in the “Finished Projects” section within 24 hours of receiving the order, for orders containing fewer than 100 photos.
Photos & Extensions
N*de or inappropriate photos are not allowed, and we will cancel any order containing such photos.
Clients may submit JPG or RAW files with any of the following extensions:
JPG, JPEG, JPE, PSD, TIF, TIFF, PDF, CRW, RAF, NEF, CR2, GIF, BMP, PNG, DNG, ORF, PEF, ARW, SRF, SR2, NRW, PTX, RAW, RW2, RW1, SRW, HEIF, HEIC, PXR, PNS, PDD, EPS
Service instruction requests
If an order is submitted using the wrong service, and instructions are provided for a higher service level than the one selected on the Samples & Pricing page, the order will still be treated and retouched according to the selected and purchased service.
Revisions & Refunds
The client has the right to request a revision within 14 days after receiving the finished photos, through the “Revision Request” area below the finished section. We will revise and edit the photos free of charge until they meet the client's expectations according to the service ordered.
Once we begin working on your photos, labor costs are applied, and refunds are no longer possible.
Reference photos
The client may upload photos to be used as references when submitting an order. These photos will be used only as samples and will not be edited unless they are part of photo collages, object additions, or special cases such as restoring old photos.
Terms regarding our pricing discounts system
Each month has its own discount percentage based on your orders for that month. The discount resets and begins a new calculation cycle at the start of each month.
The discount percentage is calculated only from finished and delivered orders. Orders that are created or in progress will not be included in the calculation until they are completed.
Discounts applied to orders cannot be changed under any circumstances once an order is submitted.
If an order is made using the wrong service (with instructions for a higher service), charges will apply for changing the service, and the discount percentage will not be calculated on the extra amount paid for the service change.
The discount system calculates only finished orders that contain more than 3 photos per order.
The discount system and pricing may change at any time without notifying the client.
Payment methods we accept
We accept payments through PayPal and Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.

Photos
All photos submitted or sent to us by the client will never be used or shared with any third party. All photos submitted by the client will be automatically removed from our servers 90 days after being uploaded to the client’s account.
Client's information
The client’s information is used only for contacting the client and processing orders, and will never be shared with any third party.
Credit cards
Our payment methods are PayPal and credit/debit cards. Credit card information is handled by PayPal, an authorized payment processor for services provided by Photorelive.com, solely for payment processing purposes. Photorelive.com does not store or retain any credit card details.
Copyrights
Photorelive respects copyright laws and will never share or use any of the client’s photos with any third party. To protect our clients’ copyrights, all submitted photos will be automatically removed from our servers within 90 days after being uploaded to the client’s account.
By sending us photos, you certify that you own the copyright or have permission from the copyright owner to modify the photos.
