How can i start ordering ?
Simply create an account with Photorelive, In the Order Now page you will be able to select the services you want, you can choose one or more services per order for different photos to retouch, Drag and drop your photos into the service you want, Write your instructions for each service, and proceed to payment.
What is the turn-around time?
24 hours after receiving the client's order for orders containing fewer than a 100 photos.
Which service should i choose?
In the prices and samples page, you can find the service that you may need, However if you are not sure which one to choose, you can drop us a line and we will advise on which retouching service you will need.
Can i add references as a sample?
Yes, you can add reference photos while ordering ( in the reference section ). Please consider that the more detailed your requests are, the more our retouchers can provide the results you are looking for.
How do I request a revision for my photos?
In the Projects >> Finished section you can open your finished order and submit a revision request from the revision or comments button, you can request a free revision for your order, Once the photos has been revised, we will reply back. you can download the revised photos from the same page included with our reply.
How to submit photos to make a collage?
You may choose the "Deluxe service" and upload one photo, to be counted as one photo to be paid for. And upload the rest of the photos in the references photos section.
Can you restore old photos?
We do provide old photos restoration to fix and repair tears and cuts and scratches, and colorizing for black and white photos.
Do you accept N*de photos?
N*de and inappropriate photos are not accepted, and we shall cancel orders containing such photos.
What is "My pricing" page?
This page shows your special pricing list. Each time you make an order, we give you a discount percentage that increases with every order. The discount is updated after each order and resets on the 1st day of the next month.
What is the "Retouching Style" in my Dashboard?
The information you submit in this section will be considered whenever we edit your photos, in addition to any requests you submit with each order.

Clients can submit jpg or raw files with any of the extensions below:
